Are you a Planner?

Writer: Lisa HammerLisa Hammer

“If you fail to plan you are planning to fail” - Benjamin Franklin

How does that quote hit? It’s a tough one for me! I am so guilty of not putting pen to paper and mapping out a plan! I have always been more of a go with the flow kind of girl and taking action only when inspired. Then being frustrated with where I am in life. Have you ever felt that way?

The story I told myself was that a “plan” would stifle my creativity - sound familiar? Truth be told, this was merely fear holding me back! If I didn’t have a plan, then I can’t really fail, because I really didn’t try, right? Crazy logic I know, but it has been my mantra for a long time! How does fear show up in your life?

This way of thinking, however no longer serves me. I have big plans for my future and my business! I know that what I have to offer is life transforming because I have experienced the transformation over the past two and a half years! And I want other women to experience the same and I can’t do that playing small and letting fear drive the bus! Do you have big plans for your future?

I have decided to give fear a hug and thank her for keeping me safe to this point, but I got it from here!

That’s why I have jumped in with both feet and am making a plan and implementing daily habits, thanks to this pretty journal, to get me to where I want to be so I can change lives with the gift I have been given!

Life is about to get, crazy, beautiful and exciting around here - who wants to come along for the ride?
